Availability and Prices

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee it will be available when you are ready to make your purchase. You may order monogrammed linens and personalized stationery and other items online. When you select an item that may be monogrammed or personalized, you will automatically be asked to supply the necessary information for that item.

Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. The process takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks for linens and 3 to 4 weeks for stationery; please consider this time requirement when placing your order. 1. Pay with a BG Gift Card.
2. Purchase BG Gift Cards (in the form of a plastic credit-card style or BG Virtual Gift Card email). BG Gift Cards may be redeemed online or at the Bergdorf Goodman store.
3. Check the value of BG Gift Card.

Paying for an online order with a BG Gift Card or a BG Virtual Gift Card:

• To pay for an online order with a BG Gift Card or a BG Virtual Gift Card, you will need the gift card number, plus, for security purposes, the four-digit code that appears on the back of the traditional card or on the BG Virtual Gift Card.
• If you are paying with multiple gift cards, you cannot choose the amount to be deducted from each gift card. The balance due is deducted from the gift card with the least value first and then from the remaining gift cards in ascending order.
• The remaining balance of your order, if any, will need to be charged to a credit card, which can be entered on the payment screen.
• Any unused value remains on the BG Gift Card or BG Virtual Gift Card until you choose to use it, subject to applicable law in various states.

How Do I Start A Replenishment Service?

Use the "Select Frequency" drop-down menu on beauty product pages to choose how often you want to receive that product. We will automatically ship it to you at the interval you select.

How Do I Manage My Replenishment?

View and manage your plan on the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section. You can change the frequency of your replenishment shipments, skip a shipment, change your ship-to address, and edit your billing information for upcoming Replenishment Service shipments. Products added to your Replenishment Service will appear on the Replenishment Service page following shipment of the initial order.

How Will I Know When To Expect A Replenishment Shipment?

Upcoming shipments and their dates are listed on the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section. You will also receive an email 5-7 days prior to a shipment to confirm the shipping date and price of the item(s) you will be receiving. At that time, you can verify all information and/or make changes, if necessary.

Can I Change The Arrival Date Of Future Replenishment Shipments?

Yes. Once your first item in a Replenishment Service plan has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Just visit the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section and click on the shipment you wish to change. You will find links to skip, cancel, or change the frequency of shipments for any item shown. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.

Can I Change The Ship-To Address Or Billing Information Of Future Shipments?

Yes. Once your first Replenishment Service item has shipped, you can make changes to future shipments. Just visit the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section and click on the shipment you wish to change. For any item shown, you will find links to change the ship-to address for your next shipment(s) and to edit your billing information. Be sure to specify if you want the new information to apply to all replenishment items. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.

Can I Cancel My Replenishment?

Yes. Just visit the Replenishment Service page in your Online Account section and click on the item you wish to cancel. Each item has a link to cancel Replenishment Service. Orders that have already shipped will appear in your Order History and cannot be changed.

What Happens if An Item In My Replenishment Service Is No Longer Available?

You will be notified via email that the product will no longer be available, and your shipments will stop once the stock is depleted. Our beauty product specialists will be happy to suggest replacement products if one of your Replenishment items is discontinued.
