About Ciao Lucia:
Ciao Lucia is a California-based label created and designed by Lucy Akin and launched in June 2017. The idea of Ciao Lucia is the girl on eternal vacation – lots of light pieces you would want to wear at the beach, by the pool, and in that hot summer weather. Inspired by places like the French Riviera and the Amalfi Coast, the collection has a lot of vintage references – high waisted bikini bottoms, Victorian blouses, tortoise shell buttons. It is themed after an old Italian movie poster. The fabrics are great for throwing in your suitcase and going - lots of silk voiles, washed cottons, gauze, and soft silks – things that feel good on the skin.
