Hanae Mori Eau de Collection No. 6

Details
From Paris comes Hanae Mori Parfums No. 6, a new limited-edition in the award-winning* Eau de Collection series—and first to honor the butterfly.

The butterfly. Nature's symbol of transformation. Name of the first and most enduringly popular Hanae Mori fragrance. Creature of beauty and balance that appears in the fashion designs of Madame Hanae Mori, judge of Vanity Fair's Best Dressed List and couturier whose clothing shops grace Japan's chic avenues.

No. 6 is a green fragrance that places nature's needs first. It is made in France partly with power from alternative sources: wind and sun.

Characteristics: Through a crystal cap of butterfly wings can be seen an organza print showing butterflies in spiral flight, the ritual of courtship.

Notes:
  • Top Note: Tree-ripe tangerine of Morocco, neroli from southern France, bergamot from Calabria.
  • Middle Note: Egyptian jasmine for a hint of mystery, Tunisia orange blossom, green roses, American peony, and heliotrope: a purple bloom of the Andes mountains, a favorite flower of butterflies.
  • Base Note: Tahitian vanilla, rich toffee, a touch of sandalwood from India, a hint of musk and benzoin, a fragrant resin from tree bark.
