Shipping Your Online Order
Canada Information
Delivery & Processing Charges (D&P)
D&P is the charge for catalog and internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Special delivery requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as gift box, gift wrap and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. D&P is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:

Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

Two-Day Delivery
If requested, add $10.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive in 2 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2 business days after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Overnight Delivery
If requested, add $17.00 to standard D&P. Your order should arrive the next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note overnight orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the next business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam Deliveries
Add $5.00 to the applicable D&P charges for standard shipping. Your order should arrive in approximately 7 to 10 business days if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).

International Deliveries
At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for Canadian addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination or U.S. territory when placing an order online. However, you may have your BergdorfGoodman.com purchase shipped to an international address by calling 1.972.556.6080. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional Address
Please add $8.00 to the applicable D&P charges for each additional delivery address.
  • Items ordered together may be delivered separately, and the D&P will be allocated over shipments but not necessarily evenly.
  • Returns may affect final D&P charges. D&P charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective. Returns for reasons due to Bergdorf Goodman will receive D&P credit as D&P was allocated, which may result in a final D&P charge after return that differs from quoted rates.
  • Orders of multiple items from different catalogs will result in D&P from the table in the most current catalog, as D&P tables may vary from catalog to catalog.
  • D&P may vary between catalog orders and internet orders.
  • Certain items requiring special delivery have D&P charges indicated in parentheses after the price. For those items only, the amount in parentheses is the total delivery charge for that item.
  • In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrances must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route, an additional charge may be assessed.
The following processing and delivery costs are for merchandise pictured and described on our web site; they do not apply to Catalog Quick Order purchases. For Catalog Quick Order purchases, refer to the delivery and processing chart in the catalog. Costs are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices are expressed in U.S. currency.

Delivery to Post Office Boxes
Second-day and next-day shipping is not available to post office boxes. All standard deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Restricted/Hazardous (HAZMAT) Items
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) considers certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, perfumes, nail polish, etc.) to be Hazardous Materials and requires them to be shipped by ground transportation.

We're committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible, but we want to do it responsibly and in compliance with DOT regulations. Therefore, orders containing restricted items must be delivered via standard shipping and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, all U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses. These items do not qualify for overnight shipping.

Perishable Goods
Certain gourmet foods are shipped via air within the contiguous U.S. only. These items cannot be delivered to PO boxes and cannot be gift wrapped. Delivery of perishables is available Tuesday through Friday only; no Saturday, Sunday, Monday or holiday deliveries.

Drop Ship Items
Drop ship items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your door. Second-day and next-day shipping are not available on these items. Additional time should be allowed for processing the order, and heavy items may take up to four to six weeks for delivery. Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Items returned after 60 days might be subject to a reduced refund if not in its original vendor packaging, in salable condition and/or if the merchandise has been marked down in the intervening time period. A pick-up fee might apply to returns of large and/or heavy items.

Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your return.

All fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation.

In Store
Bergdorf Goodman online and catalog purchases may be returned to a Bergdorf Goodman store. Simply bring the packing slip and the merchandise to the Customer Service department. Credit will be given to the original form of payment. Gift recipients will receive a Merchandise Credit Gift Card. The card can be used for purchases from Neiman Marcus, Horchow, and Bergdorf Goodman stores, catalog, and online.

Store Purchases
Any Bergdorf Goodman merchandise purchased in store should be returned for a refund at the Bergdorf Goodman store where it was purchased.

Please note: When a gift is returned, a Bergdorf Goodman merchandise credit gift card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The merchandise credit gift card can be used for purchases from Neiman Marcus, Horchow and Bergdorf Goodman, stores, catalog and online.

Price adjustments

Prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment. This includes permanent Sale items and excludes temporary special promotion items. For questions and adjustments call 1.888.774.2424 .

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on BergdorfGoodman.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur.

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.


Order cancellation

You may cancel any BergdorfGoodman.com order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. A restocking fee may apply to large and heavy items cancelled after 30 days from the original order date.

REGISTERED CUSTOMERS: You may cancel your web order online. Click on YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT, sign in, select "View Web Order History", click on the desired order number, and then select CANCEL next to the item(s) you wish to cancel.

Applying for the BG credit card
When you complete an online BG credit card application , you submit to us certain information that we consider personal and as such should be protected. We assure you that your information can be shared with us in complete confidence - we will not release information concerning your credit card to a third party except in accordance with our Bergdorf Goodman financial privacy policy, which will be mailed to you with your BG credit card if your application is approved.


BG Gift Cards

At BergdorfGoodman.com, you may:
  1. Pay with an BG Gift Card.
  2. Purchase Bergdorf Goodman Gift Cards (in the form of a plastic credit-card style or BG Virtual Gift Card e-mail). BG Gift Cards may be redeemed online or at the Bergdorf Goodman store.
  3. Check the value of BG Gift Card.
PAYING FOR AN ONLINE ORDER WITH AN BG GIFT CARD OR A BG VIRTUAL GIFT CARD
  • To pay for an online order with a BG Gift Card or a BG Virtual Gift Card, you will need the gift card number, plus, for security purposes, the four-digit code that appears on the back of the traditional card or on the BG Virtual Gift Card.
  • If you are paying with multiple gift cards, you cannot choose the amount to be deducted from each gift card. The balance due is deducted from the gift card with the least value first and then from the remaining gift cards in ascending order.
  • The remaining balance of your order, if any, will need to be charged to a credit card which can be entered on the payment screen.
  • Any unused value remains on the BG Gift Card or BG Virtual Gift Card until you choose to use it.
  • If you cancel your order once it ships, or if you return your order, you will be mailed a Merchandise Credit Gift Card, provided the returned merchandise is within the return policy guidelines.

  • BG Virtual Gift Cards cannot be applied as payment on Bergdorf Goodman Credit Card accounts
  • The BG Virtual Gift Card is immediately redeemable once your recipient receives the BG Virtual Gift Card e-mail notification (we'll send it within one business day of order completion).
  • Sales tax is applicable on any merchandise purchased with a BG Virtual Gift Card.
  • Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Delivery to a non-existent e-mail address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Monogramming & personalization

You may order monogrammed linens and personalized stationery and other items online. When you select an item that may be monogrammed or personalized, you will automatically be asked to supply the necessary information for that item.

Because personalized items are not returnable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections. Please allow approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery of personalized linens and approximately 3-4 weeks for personalized stationery. Please consider this time requirement when placing your order. For other personalized items, see the expected ship date listed next to the item in your Shopping Cart.

Please order carefully, as monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable.

Alterations

Whether you purchased your item at Neiman Marcus, NeimanMarcus.com, Bergdorf Goodman, or BergdorfGoodman.com, alterations are convenient. Simply take your purchase to the nearest full-line Neiman Marcus store or to Bergdorf Goodman and our master tailors will alter it to fit you perfectly. Standard alteration charges will apply.
