About Risto:
Based in Paris, brothers Risto and Alek Bimbiloski returned their Macedonia hometown to find women knitting beautiful pieces by hand but struggling to make ends meet. Inspired, Risto—then the head knitwear designer at Kenzo—decided to start his own atelier. Although the brand bears his name, it's a family affair. Alek is director of sales, while Mom oversees craftsmanship in Macedonia.
